Patricia and I have been corresponding about the articles on ShiftYourSpirits.com for several weeks now.
A few days ago she asked me if I’d heard anything concerning the significance of October 17th…?
She forwarded some of her research to me, but because I was leaving for a weekend camping trip, I didn’t have time to digest the information — let alone, offer some interpretation for this site’s readers and have it ready to go — in Time.
This is happening today — right now!
My Guides suggested that I ask Patricia to report on the topic for all of us.
I want to thank Patricia Singleton for contributing her thoughts and interpretations, so that Shift Your Spirits readers can be aware of what some believe is significant and powerful about October 17, 2006.

What can each of us do — at an individual level — to manifest Divine World Government?
If we do our individual work, the governments of the world will benefit and become what they are supposed to be. We need to become more focused on what we - as individuals - want to manifest for ourselves and Mother Earth.
If we do that, would there even be a need for governments?
How many times lately have you thought of someone and five minutes later they called you on the phone?
How many times lately have you said, “I need information on _______…” and then someone provides that information without your even asking them?
Or you overhear a conversation between two people and it is the answer to your question.
Maybe a song comes on the radio that has just the right words to finish the thought going through your mind.
For 17 hours on October 17-October 18, 2006, our answers will come one million times faster.
No matter where you live on this planet Earth — for 17 hours starting about 10:17 a.m. on Tuesday, October 17 until about 1:17 a.m. on Wednesday, October 18 — every thought, feeling and word spoken will be magnified one million-fold. Talk about instant manifesting!
All thoughts, both positive and negative, will be created. Are we powerful or what? The thought that we have that kind of power is mind-boggling, to say the least. I don’t know about you but I only want to manifest the highest good for myself and Mother Earth.
An Ultraviolent Pulse Beam
- This beam comes from higher dimensions than we have ever been exposed to before.
- The beam will open and vibrate with the 5th Dimensional Solar Heart Chakra of every human being on Earth.
- At this time, we will all be capable of doing great good and great evil.
- The peak time for this event is 5:10 p.m. on October 17.
It sounds to me like we have some major decisions to make about what we want to manifest for ourselves and our planet. Anything we want, we will be capable of manifesting. Can we, as Lightworkers, tip the scale on the side of goodness and mercy or will the scale tip in the other direction?
If there was ever a time to think good thoughts, this is it — one million-fold.
KNOW what you want manifested in your life and DO IT.

Wow — I wish I’d read this earlier today!
One thing: are the times different for different time zones?
Jeff, usually for something like this the time would have been divided up for different time zones. I don’t know why the original author didn’t do this. I thought it was strange when I read it. Since I wrote my article, I have seen another source that said the ultraviolet beam started 3 days before the Tuesday, October 17 as stated in my article. Most events of this kind has a build up period of 2-3 days before and a time for the lessening of the energy for 2-3 days after.

Before today, I had not read these two guest authored posts by Patricia. I still explore your blog and finally have learned to do it by what draws me on a particular day, in a specific moment..
Since Patricia was explaining the significant happening on a parrticular date and time, I was curious to know what October 17, 2006 was like for me. Fortunately, I utilize dates and times for the things I write. This one was easy, automatically catelogued for me, the only thing I had written was an email.
I thought I’d share some lines and phrases. I don’t think taking things out of context in this instance matters. I was responding to a phone call with this email, so the total email wouldn’t make much sense to anyone but me anyway.
Tuesday, 10/17/06 5:51 pm Subject: evolution
A whole new group of things opened inside of me.
…a different evolution that will continue in its effect and expansion…
I wonder if eveyone realizes an impact like I’ve been experiencing today. It happened so quickly, yet it made me slow down enough to let it wash over me so I wouldn’t miss it.
Couldn’t help but notice the timing, the feeling, the words all seemed to coincide with the anticipated and indicated happenings.
And hindsight reminds me of how this particular day shifted how a relationship I was involved in would be shaped, how I felt about that even in those moments and what eventually occurred as a result.
Barbara, all I can say is, “Wow!!!!” That is incredible that you had a record of what happened on that day. That is the biggest thing that I love about journaling. Since I have been blogging, I have found several of my journals from years ago and gone back and read them. I always find fascinating stuff that I forgot about. Thank you for sharing this with Slade and me and his other readers.
