Description of Services
I offer a range of 1:1 consulting services and digital courses designed to help you achieve your personal and professional goals. My services and courses are delivered online through my secure platform on Payhip.com.
Delivery Timeframe
Digital Courses: Access to digital courses is granted immediately upon successful payment. You will receive an email from Payhip with instructions on how to access your course content.
Consulting Services: 1:1 consulting sessions are scheduled based on mutual availability. Once payment is received, I will contact you within 1 business day to arrange your first session. Online schedules show my general availability, but I will accommodate your time zone and specific needs whenever reasonably possible. Please email me with your preferred times.

While I provide advice and guidance through my 1:1 consulting services and digital courses, the implementation of this advice is solely your responsibility. I cannot guarantee any specific outcomes as a result of using my services. You are responsible for any actions you take based on the consulting sessions or course content you receive, and I am not liable for any consequences resulting from those actions. My services are intended to assist you in achieving your personal and professional goals, but ultimate success depends on your efforts and decisions.
Please note that I am not a licensed psychotherapist. My 1:1 consulting services are designed to provide guidance, motivation, and support in achieving personal and professional goals. My consulting is not a substitute for professional advice, diagnosis, or treatment, including but not limited to financial, medical, psychological, or legal advice. Refund Policy
My refund policy is designed to be clear and fair to both you and me.
Digital Courses: If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 14 days of the purchase date.
1:1 Consulting Services: Cancellations made 24 hours before a scheduled session will receive a full refund. Please note that refunds will not be granted for sessions that have already taken place, as payment is for my time and expertise, and the custom nature of 1:1 services renders completed sessions non-refundable.
For consulting packages that include multiple sessions, refunds will be prorated based on the number of sessions remaining in the package at the time of the refund request. For example, if you have completed one session in a package, you will receive a refund for the remaining portion of the package price. No refunds will be given after all sessions in the package have been completed.
To initiate a refund, please email me at contact@sladeroberson.com. I will process your request within five business days.
Payments and Security
All payments are processed securely through Payhip.com. I accept major credit and debit cards. Your complete credit card number cannot be viewed by me or any outside party. All transactions are encrypted for security.
Changes to Terms
I may update my terms and conditions from time to time. Please review this page periodically for updates. Your continued use of my services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
