There’s always tomorrow…
The only problem is that tomorrow’s not today, and today is where everything happens. Your future is a wonderful place — it’s where you keep all your big ideas and dreams.
Hopes and dreams are exciting things to have around. The fantasy of realizing your ideas — bringing them into existence, giving them form — is intoxicating. The reality of actualizing dreams, considering all the work involved, can be daunting.
So you back up a step — back to the fantasy, the exciting part, the intoxication.
It’s not because you’re lazy, or that you don’t have it in you to do the work, or that your idea isn’t all that worthy...
You’re preserving the dream. Your goals fill your horizon with hope and possibility, and you love having a future where your dreams come true.
But know this -- there's no cap, no limit on the number of dreams you're allowed. If you make one come true, you'll get a new one.
Don't wait on "the one" dream -- chase them all.
