Words matter.

The words our subconscious minds hear us saying to ourselves — verbally or internally — are a feedback loop of programming and expectations.

It is communicating what we believe beneath what we say we believe.

That is insidious.

It’s hard to create what you want to see in your life when you are undermining it with silent whispers of opposing messages...
