How to Unburden Your Spirit

Image - Lighter Material Attachment If you catch a negative thought -- a worry, a concern, an irritation -- related to a non-living thing, ask yourself this:

"Is this thought possible only as a result of my connection to abundance?"

Identify it. Call it out. Shut it down. Release it.

Emotional Expectation If you catch a negative emotional response -- an insult, an offense, an annoyance -- toward a particular individual, ask yourself this:

"Is this feeling based in any way on a judgment I have passed?"

Name it. Call it out. Shut it down. Release it.
